All work written by me is original and will be regularly checked that it has not been published elsewhere by others. Publishing extracts or full posts of my work, without prior payment or permission, will be subject to take-down requests & legal action. All posts are available for republishing and will cost $2 (£1.25) which can be paid via PayPal. Full republishing will require payment, extracts that link back to Writtenbynikki.com for full article reading are free.
For work that has been especially requested, full payments will be expected. On occasions when bulk posts are requested, failure to pay as discussed before hand, will result in the immediate termination of all further work.
You may use original photos for free but must credit WrittenByNikki.com as the source of origin.
Failure to pay for published work, or removal of plagiarised posts and photos, will result in the company/individual being added to a public blacklist.
